Your information, handled with care.

What we collect

When you send our contact form, we keep what you write in it: your name, email, company or handle, phone number if you add one, budget and message. We use it only to reply to you and to work with you.

When you browse the site, we record simple, anonymous visit data: which pages and sections were viewed, which buttons were clicked, how long a page was open, whether you're on a phone or computer, and the site or tagged link that sent you here. This uses a random visit number, not your name, and no cookie.

Meta Pixel

If you choose Accept on our cookie notice, we load the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta that someone visited, viewed Services, clicked to book a call or sent an enquiry, so we can see which ads work and show our ads to past visitors on Instagram and Facebook. Choose No thanks and it never loads. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Booking a call

Call bookings are made on Google Calendar. Google's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Enquiries and visit data are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. Only Kore Creations can see them. We never sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us. Email marketing@korecreations.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
